The DaVita Retirement Savings Plan offers a convenient way to save for retirement through pre-tax (Traditional) and/or post-tax (Roth) contributions.


Matching and Contribution

Teammates can change their contribution percentage at any time throughout the year. To help teammates save even more, participants are eligible for employer matching after 12 months of continuous service.


6% Match

DaVita will match up to 6% of teammate contributions at a rate of 50 cents for every $1.00 contributed each pay period.
